The award aims to honor and acknowledge the exceptional contributions of high-achieving Asterians who exemplify our core principles through their positive influence on patient and customer well-being.

1. Participant must be a full-time employee at Aster DM Healthcare having an Aster Employee ID
2. Award is open to all the employees from India & GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) regions of Aster DM Healthcare.
3. Applicants must have at least two years of work experience with any Aster DM Healthcare entity as of March 31, 2026.
4. For the Team Excellence category, the team lead must have completed at least two years with the organization as of March 31, 2026; team members may have a shorter tenure. The team size must consist of minimum of three members.
5. The initiative or work submitted in any category must have been implemented, with its impact reflected between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
6. Participants must select the category relevant to the journey of their profession.
7. Participants must complete and submit an application form via the official awards portal to apply for the awards. Self-nominations/ applications are limited to a maximum of two categories.
8. It is mandatory for the Participant to answer all questions related to the selected category. The Award Management reserves the sole right to disqualify any application received.
9. Winners of previous editions are eligible to reapply in different categories with different initiative or work done. However, applications in the same category shall be permitted only after a minimum of two years from the year of their last award.

1. Nominations can be submitted by self, peers, supervisors, or department heads. Each nomination should include specific examples and instances that highlight the nominee's exceptional contributions to excellence.
2. Nominators can nominate peers/colleagues in one or more categories.
3. Self-nominations are limited to a maximum of two categories.
4. Both nominator and nominee should have completed minimum of 2 years as on March 31, 2026.

3. Customer Service Excellence (All employees/functions can apply)
4. Business Excellence (All employees/functions can apply)
5. Volunteering Excellence (All employees/functions can apply)
6. Team Excellence (All departmental projects, and cross-functional teams can apply)

1. Aster has appointed Ernst & Young LLP as the 'Process Advisors' to independently manage the evaluation process of the award.
2. Eligible applications are reviewed by the Jury, whose decisions are final.
3. Top finalists and winners may be featured by the Award Management.
4. Additional information or documents may be requested from participants at any stage.
5. Entries can be withdrawn by informing the Award Management in writing up to one week before the final ceremony.
