Use offline application form

Steps to Access and Submit the Offline Application Form:-

  • 1. Download the application form relevant to your category.
  • 2. Fill in all the required details, including the case study.
  • 3. Review the list of supporting documents and keep them ready for submission.
  • 4. Once the application form is completed, attach the form and all relevant supporting documents to an email with an appropriate subject line.
  • 5. Send the email to the EY team, marking the following email IDs:

    - Himani.patel@in.ey.com
  • 6. In case of any assistance while filling out the application form, participants may contact the EY representatives through the Helpdesk information provided.
